To speed up the registration process, please print and fill out this waiver before arriving at Catalyst Baseball Academy for the tryout.

We will try to get you in and out as quickly as possible. We aim to keep it to an hour at the most, but that depends on how many athletes we have.

📍Catalyst Baseball Academy Address: 4277 S Eldridge St, Morrison, CO 80465

This ⬆️ is the address to the Home Depot right there at C-470 & Hampden, and you want to just come in the Home Depot entrance off Quincy and then stay to the South-East side of Home Depot.

Please enter through the front door of Unit B13.

What to bring:

• All of your baseball equipment, if you are a catcher, please bring your gear
• Personal water bottle
• Dress to impress - wear baseball plants & a baseball cap
• You do not need to wear cleats, we will be indoors, so a good pair of athletic shoes works great.
• Have your protective cup on

Registration/Waivers:

We will aim to open up registration at 12:45 p.m. You will just need to fill out a waiver (again, it would be helpful if you would print and sign the waiver prior to arriving - CLICK HERE FOR WAIVER).
