Catalyst Fall Ball Sign-up

✅ - Please fill out this short registration if you are a returning Catalyst athlete from this past summer (2026) and would like to be placed on a Catalyst FALL baseball team for this upcoming Fall season (2026).

✅ - Again, returning players do not need to attend tryouts; we can place you on the appropriate team based on your performance this fall and/or summer. However, if you do wish to be considered for a roster spot for the summer of 2026, you must fill out this form.
